TUTA welcomes those looking to rent our space for rehearsals, auditions, classes, film/ photo shoots, low-key events, even music jam sessions!

The space is not available for production rental, theatrical runs or ticketed events.

Conveniently located steps away from the Francisco Brown line station, TUTA theatre's homebase is easily accessible in a safe and idyllic part of town.

- Located on the first floor, no stairs. 
- Newly renovated with masonite floors installed for physical theatre rehearsals.
- Flexible seating - chairs and folding tables available
- Piano
- Industrial sink, microwave, mini-fridge
- Private bathroom and secure entry.
- Access is available 24/7, pending calendar availability.

PRICING: $25 hourly for up to 15 hours. $20 for over 15 hours.
